VERIFERY Discusses The After-Sale Fashion Of Major Billboards In America+Album Development

Rosa Gulliver of TINY GMUSIC interviewed separately

It seems that the propaganda and attention of VERIFERY have not disappeared. The boys are constantly building their global fan base. Now they are talking with us about their unique fashion, album sales, development as artists, etc. A seven member group composed of Korean men’s band VERIBERY(Berry Berry), Donghe, Hua Ying, Min Can, Jia Xian, Yan Hao, Rong Cheng and Jiang Min.

If you don’t know all the details, VERIBERY will make its debut under Jel Fish Entertainment on January 9, 2019. They lost no time in proving how popular they are in the United States. They joined the K-Pop elite group, which also has influence in the United States.

In October 2020, they made their debut, ranking No.1 on the second Billboard chart, and G.B.T.B., the main song of the fifth mini album, ranked No.5 on the world digital music sales chart. Their return song “Get Away” last month(see below!) Stay in your best position for two weeks in a row. They are rapidly attracting people’s attention and striving to become the most famous K-POP artists of the next generation.

VERIVERY’s song “Get Away” is not only at the top of Billboard World’s digital song sales league table, but also in seven countries, including the United States, Britain, Germany, France, Canada, Belgium and India, which rank first in the iTunes K-Pop league table. They also entered the top 10 pop charts in Canada and Belgium, and the top 10 K-POP charts in Israel and Bulgaria.

We interviewed them and discussed their views on historical feats.

Question 1: VERIFERY is a continuation of BTS and EXO in history. How do you feel about Bigbang ranking first on Billboard World’s digital song sales chart for the second time?

VERIVERY: “It’s my honor to be on the leaderboard. We like to thank our fans again and again. We want to work harder. Thank people around the world for listening to our music. We are doing our best to provide you with better performances and music.”

Question2: These concepts seem to be increasing with the members. Will the style of the next album change a lot?

Donghe: “although I can’t tell you all the details, please look forward to the story that VERIFERY will create.”

Hong Ying: “I will show you a stage as wonderful as the stage in the First Round: Hall.”

GYEHYEON: “although I can’t reveal too much, the theme will change with the unfolding of the ‘O Series’ story. Please wait and see.”

Yan Hao: “We are developing constantly, so the next album will bring better music and performance.”

Yongsheng: “The next concept cannot be explained in detail. But I will continue to unveil the ‘O Series’. No matter what changes, I will show a better look.”

Jiang Min: “It’s still a secret. I’ll be scared to hear our next album.”

Q3. Can you share each member’s favorite new album songs with fans?

Donghe: “The main song of this new album, ‘Get Away’, is very good. You can find every aspect of VERIVERY in this song.”

Hong Ying: I like “Go away”. Because this is the beginning of a new series, and also a good beginning of the New Year. I also like Flowers. Because it reminds me of the time when I first appeared on the stage, this song is refreshing. This is a good song that can be heard at any time.

Zhixian: “The main song ‘Get Away’ is the best. This song challenges the concept and style I have never tried before, and makes me feel more mature.

Yang Hao: “Go away” is the best one in this album. This is the theme song. I can’t forget the day when I first listened to the demonstration. “I also like ‘everything I do’ because I think the lyrics are a good representation of our ideas.”

Yongsheng: “I like the main song of this album” Get Away “most. I practice most. I am also the song” Heaven “of the album” Face America ” Yes. We create melodies, lyrics, and dances while thinking of VERRER who loves us. I believe this is the most meaningful song we have created.

Jiang Min: “Go away” is the best. I now like the concept of maturity. Because this is the main song of this album, I am full of enthusiasm for it.

What is your favorite music development process?

verification: “We will be proud of our songs after they are finished. In this process, the lyrics, dance and vocal music will change. I think the concert will become stronger by exchanging views and ideas with members. In the process of song mixing, there is no our voice, so it is exciting and interesting to monitor the improvement of song quality.” The detailed work has provided us with a lot of fun, and I’m glad to be able to write these songs. All editorial work is to ensure better performance and final masterpiece. We are proud to be able to do this.

Question 5: It will be more difficult to enter the K-POP industry. Because you must receive a high – intensity education. What motivates you to move forward during this time? Are you overwhelmed by it? Have you ever thought you wouldn’t make your debut?

Dong Heng: “During my internship, I was encouraged to watch other senior K-POP artists perform. I longed for the first stage, but I was also anxious. Although there were difficult moments, I could overcome them with members.”

Hong Ying: “I want to give up many times, but when I think of my parents and family, they always support me. I practice hard with the mentality that I may not be able to make my debut.”

GYEHYEON: “There are overwhelming challenging moments. I’m afraid I can’t start. But I overcame them with members. Now those challenging moments are memories.”

Yan Hao: “During my internship, although there were difficult moments, I gained strength by watching the performance of senior K-Pop artists. Like others, I also want to work hard with dreams and aspirations to step onto the stage.”

Yongsheng: “In the process of training, my only goal is to make my debut. I want to be a necessity for the team. Before my debut, I have always focused on improving my song, dance strength and overall performance quality. Although there are difficulties, I feel I can grow when I cross obstacles. Thankfully, I learned a lot on this road.”

Jiang Min: “Now I think about it. I think the internship time is a little short for me. When I was young, I was very anxious as an intern. Until I first appeared as a raspberry. Because I adapted well, I could appear as a raspberry for the first time. Members took good care of me, so I thought I was a younger brother.”

Q6: Your album shows growth and change. What do you know about yourself? What changes have taken place in the process of becoming a K-Pop idol?

Dong Heng: “I think I still have a lot of unknowns about myself. I think the process of becoming an artist is the process of constantly exploring and understanding myself.”

Hong Ying: “I realized that ‘as long as I work hard, I can do anything’, so recently I have been trying to improve myself.

GYEHYEON: “It was difficult to sing while dancing at the beginning. Now I know the facial expressions, expressions, gestures, ways of thinking and various important factors on the stage. It not only makes songs and dances shine, but also represents something that shines on the stage.”

Yang Hao: “I am a person who likes to think and review myself. Now I want to become an artist who works harder and can comfort and sympathize with my fans.”

Yongsheng: “I learned a lot when I monitored, admitted and made up for my shortcomings on the screen. I tried to show my fans a better side. Although I think I am growing, I still have many shortcomings. I want to be an artist that continues to develop.”

Jiang Min: “Every time we make an album, I will review myself a lot. I want to find out my shortcomings and supplement them. I know that only by working hard can I become a more popular artist. I will do the same.”

Q7: “What activities did you use to strengthen your relationship and narrow the distance between you, even on the day before your first appearance?”

Dongheng: “We have done a lot of training as a team. It is important to recall the past and the present with my teammates. I try to share time with the players as much as possible.”

Hong Ying: “I feel closer. Because we often eat together, go to the Hanjiang River to ride bicycles, watch movies, and travel.”

GYEHYEON: “We think that if we want to hide our feelings about a situation from the other party, we will have more disputes and become estranged. So as a team, whenever there is a complaint or argument, we will talk to each other. When there is a problem or misunderstanding, we can solve it and strengthen the relationship.”

Yang Hao: “The dormitory we live together seems to connect us. When we sleep together, it makes us feel that we sleep in the same space and live together. Now we are like a family.”

Yongsheng: “We became like family. We ate together and lived together. We also went to Hanjiang and other places together. We shared various contents, ideas, reference materials and ideas.”

Jiang Min: “In the morning greetings, I talked a lot with members and asked them many questions. The members were also very friendly, actively approached, and passed quickly.”

Q8: What K-Pop legacy do you want to leave in the future? Why do you want VERIFERY to be remembered?

Donghe: “If I leave a legacy, I want to leave my name and the name of my team. I hope VERIVERY will become a senior K-Pop artist respected by young artists. VERVERY wants to create music as long as possible, just like other famous legendary K-Pop bands.”

Hong Ying: “I want to leave all the VERIFERY albums. VERIFERY is an outstanding team engaged in extraordinary undertakings, and I hope to be remembered.”

GYEHYEON: “I hope you can remember me as a good man in the memory of all the people I know. I hope VERIVERY can become the team with the longest performance in the team.”

Yan Hao: “As the longest performing group in South Korea, VERIVERY hopes to bring comfort and sympathy to many people and let them remember. I also hope that members are healthy.”

Yongsheng: “I want to forget the world-famous album and unforgettable stage. I hope our art can inspire and move many people. I hope VERIVERY can be remembered as a team that loves their music and stage.”

Jiang Min: “I think our songs are heritage. I hope Beriberi can become a group in people’s memory.”

Q9: Many people find that coronavirus causes great pressure. Once the pandemic is over, what do you want to do first?

Dongheng: “I want to travel abroad. We can’t travel freely when we go to foreign performances, so we want to travel.”

Hong Ying: “I want to go backpacking with my members.”

GYEHYEON: “I want to spend about 4 days with my family and friends, and the rest of the time I want to go to see the sea and the night sky with my family.”

Yan Hao: “First of all, I want to invite members to their parents’ homes to enjoy their mother’s cooking. I also want to travel overseas with members.”

Yongsheng: “I want to go anywhere with members. This is where we get inspiration and experience.”

Jiang Min: “I want to travel, go somewhere and relax completely.”

Q10: What kind of fashion do you like to wear when not shooting videos? Do you still wear makeup? If so, what’s your favorite product recently?

Dongheng: I usually like to wear casual clothes. Although I don’t wear much, I want to add elements to highlight my clothes. I try different styles every day. I always use basic products and sunscreen on my face. I think it’s important to use sunscreen!! I use “Bio Healboh ” Up cream. My skin seems very firm.

Hong Ying: “For the sake of skin health, I don’t usually make up. I can apply mud bags on my face and wash it at night. I usually wear casual clothes. I often sweat when I practice.”

GYEHYEON: “I don’t usually make up, but I will take care of my skin. Because I don’t know when something will happen, accidents will occur. When I don’t shoot videos, I prefer to wear comfortable clothes, such as sportswear. I use a spray. When my skin is dry, I like the feeling of wet skin.”

Yan Hao: “I don’t make up. I like to wear comfortable clothes. I like simple style clothes. I like to wear wide pants or jogging pants, T-shirts or button shirts. I like the aloe jelly I use now. It is very light and has a good moisturizing effect.”

Yongsheng: “I like casual clothes, so I wear hoodies or light sportswear. I don’t make up. I don’t usually use products, so I’m not familiar with them, but I like 3CE, Roreal, Nass, etc. I know these brands because I have used 3CE, Roreal, Nass, etc. I have also used my own.” I don’t have any products I like. ”

Jiang Min: “I wear different fashion styles. I only wear lipstick without makeup. My favorite is bee lipstick.”
