In the past, I reviewed the “silent voice”. Because I like this anime, and because I want to support Kyoto anime. A tragic attack took place in 2019, killing many staff members. Violet Ebegarden is an orphan. He was trained as a soldier when he was young. He is just a tool of war. As a gift to Major Gilbert, Violet entered the front line when he was very young and quickly killed a man twice his age and size. But Gilbert sympathized with the woman. He always tried to raise her as hard as he did to raise other children. He taught her how to read and write and did his best to protect her.

After the war, Violet was found in the ruins of the enemy camp, her arm was torn, and Gilbert was nowhere to be found. Now that the war is over, Violet has got a metal artificial limb, which is taken in by Hawkins, one of Gilbert’s best friends. This cartoon has a mature story based on the reality of war. Today, it is as important as it was during World War II in the 1940s. It has great music, action scenes, drama, romance and so on.
