The Hidden X Soul team made it clear from the beginning that what happened in HXS remained in HXS. Their first activity, Colorblind, entered the event site in New York City under complete confidentiality. Every detail is based on the need to know, so that people believe in the unexpected, and have a charming and unique experience.

For those who did not get the gold ticket, the mysterious nature of the soul may make color blindness constantly wonder what happened. The only thing that can provide details is the selected guests who experience the rare activities in their lives, so… just know. If you don’t know, you’ve come to the right place.

Start with Amisidar, a musician and curator of the art museum who is one of the planners behind the event. In the previous interview, Amisi “One of the hopes behind HXS is to bring people from the creative community of New York together. We should treat each other fairly. When you treat everyone fairly, you will open the door to positive change. No matter your color or where you come from, everyone should be fair and popular. So has this mission been completed?”

Dear curious souls, this is waiting time. We opened the curtain to reveal the secret of HXS color blindness.

On July 30, 2021, a group of curious guests began to gather in front of an unmarked branch in Brooklyn, New York. They were guided through the candlelight corridor and told to wait in a room in front of two iron double doors. That’s right. From beginning to end, the guests did not know what they were doing. As you can imagine, when they were waiting to open the door, tricks splashed on their faces. The room is full of expectation.

What is behind the double doors that cause color blindness?

The door creaked open and the customers slowly lined up. The speaker announced in a low voice that they had arrived. The room was pitch dark except for the translucent curtains that ran through the center of the room. Greet the guests loudly. The fire went out. The room was silent.

Show time.

HXS shocked the audience with an untimely earthquake. When the first artist, an Indian dancer, turned around the luminous curtain, red light rushed into the center of the room. With her movements, the light casts her brilliant figure in front of the audience.

Interesting exhibitions are all the wishes of Sheraton architects and designers. He turned the warehouse activity space into an interactive dream theater. Her collection of architectural inspiration aims to blur the boundaries between the artist and the audience, which is what it does. There is no difference between actors and guests. Because the stage and seats are perfectly integrated. Her unique design combines floating transparent panels and lighting, creating an illusion. The artist’s projection illuminates the suspended translucent fabric layer, projecting the image they are mapping onto the audience and the wall. As part of the experience, guests are completely immersed in the art itself.

After the joyful opening dance music was numbered, Natalie Nascenzi, the media director and host of HXS, entered the central panel. The energy transited from excitement to intimacy and consideration. Her poem name is color blindness, which makes the audience enter a philosophical trance state, and makes them get rid of their previous views on each other.

When HXS claims to be “unexpected,” they are not joking. When the audience gradually integrates a kind of energy, they quickly change direction, and completely different artists also enter the spotlight. Instantly, the enthusiastic Rapper shocked the audience with fast lyrics and drum point solo. Then there was a cellist and a charming modern dancer. All artists are completely different from the next one in style and culture. This carefully planned lineup of artists is driven by the overall message around inclusive and diverse celebrations.

In each part of the performance, HXS emphasizes to go beyond vision, only experience art and soul, and become a real star. It doesn’t matter who gets on the stage. Their skin color, age and status are not important. What matters is how their behavior makes you feel.

That night, a classical pianist combined her traditional piano skills with the electronic sound board and attracted the audience. Secondly, an artist should focus on talking about race while creating paintings. In order to successfully conclude the performance, Amish Darr, the chief musician of HXS and the director of the art house, attracted the audience in the charming last performance with his unconventional music.

In general, HXS has created an incredible experience with its culturally diverse, talented New York City artist lineup and unique background design. This TV play has been breaking the normal from beginning to end and treating everyone with a fair view. In addition, there are delicious Jamaican and Latin food, open dialogues and networks, and various local craftsmen selling works.

In addition to holding activities to stop the performance, HXS also gives new meaning to lighting, camera and action. According to the team, “The idea that only action can have an impact may become a reality. HXS plans to take action.” In order to repay the community, HXS requires to bring notebooks, art supplies, books and other donations to New York City parks and entertainment centers. Surprisingly, the guests gave generously and the team donated hundreds of items.

One thing is for sure, HXS promises inspiration and mystery… Color blindness is conveyed.
